Assists with administering rental assistance and housing programs, including eligibility reviews, leasing operations, voucher processing, inspections, HAP procedures, compliance monitoring, HUD reporting, quality control, and customer service. The role prepares statistical and management reports, coordinates with agencies and landlords, resolves complex participant matters, monitors staff workloads, supports training, safeguards confidential information, and may supervise staff or act for the Department Head.
