Underwrite and analyze commercial loan requests, including new loans, renewals, modifications, and periodic reviews. Assess borrower financial strength, repayment capacity, collateral, guarantor support, industry conditions, and credit risk. Prepare credit memorandums and lending recommendations, maintain risk ratings, support loan reviews and credit committees, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise business bankers and credit staff on complex transactions.
