Leads day-to-day WASH project operations across Northwest New Mexico, including planning, budgeting, field implementation, contractor and staff management, site visits, compliance, community partnerships, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role supervises field personnel, tracks milestones and expenditures, supports fundraising and storytelling, ensures safety training, and represents DigDeep with community, government, and nonprofit partners. Frequent travel throughout the Navajo Nation and to other project locations is required.

Supports nonprofit finance and operations through accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, transaction recording, reconciliations, employee reimbursements, deposits, financial reporting, budgeting, audit preparation, and tax documentation. Maintains finance procedures and records, coordinates invoice and payment requests, assists with financial systems improvement, and collaborates across teams. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles and includes occasional travel to project and organizational locations.
