The Senior Scheduler owns resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for complex utility-scale EPC projects, leading schedule recovery, delay analysis, critical path optimization, forecasting, and earned value management. The role develops Power BI and Power Query reporting, reconciles schedule and cost data, mentors schedulers, establishes scheduling standards, and supports resource planning. The position requires collaboration with project and field teams and travel to construction sites approximately every one to two months.

Responsibilities include overseeing tax provisions, TRA calculations, partnership and corporate returns, multistate compliance, tax audits, planning, SOX controls, renewable energy incentives, and external advisors. Leads full-lifecycle execution of complex utility-scale solar EPC projects from notice to proceed through final acceptance. Oversees budgets, contracts, schedules, safety, quality, risk, procurement, client relationships, and executive reporting. Mentors project delivery staff, supports preconstruction, manages commercial events and claims, and drives continuous improvement across project teams.

Coordinates construction-site equipment, fleet vehicles, rentals, maintenance, inspections, logistics, invoices, and infrastructure deliveries across multiple sites. Supervises onsite mechanics, tracks asset utilization and risks, ensures rental agreement compliance, and collaborates with construction, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, and field service teams. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather and construction conditions.

Coordinates equipment, fleet vehicles, site infrastructure, rentals, maintenance, inspections, invoices, and logistics across renewable energy construction sites. Tracks asset utilization and risks, ensures rental compliance, supervises mechanics, supports project mobilization, coordinates deliveries and services, and collaborates with construction, finance, accounting, logistics, and field teams. Requires EPC asset management experience, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, field supervision skills, and knowledge of equipment, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

Plans and controls utility-scale solar EPC projects from construction sequencing through energization and completion. Forecasts labor, materials, equipment, costs, productivity, and schedule performance; monitors critical paths, risks, KPIs, and earned value. Coordinates recruiting, procurement, subcontractors, permitting, commissioning, and project controls teams. Develops alternate plans, trains schedulers, maintains schedule integrity, and deputizes for the Project Director.

Leads the enterprise digital products organization and business systems roadmap. Partners with executives and business functions to define architectures, prioritize initiatives, modernize applications, manage vendors, and align digital capabilities with business strategy. Oversees product managers, lifecycle governance, adoption, change management, cybersecurity collaboration, and value realization while supporting enterprise modernization programs.

Owns the technical roadmap, backlog, integrations, governance, reporting, and delivery for Trimble Vista ERP and related corporate applications. Partners with Finance, HR, Procurement, Data/BI, Cybersecurity, architecture teams, and vendors to translate business needs into controlled releases, improve master data and reporting, stabilize interfaces, and identify automation opportunities. The role is full-time and on-site in Houston, Texas.

Manages subcontractor and vendor agreements for construction projects, including prequalification, bid analysis, negotiations, contract execution, change orders, ERP commitments, flow-down requirements, and closeout. Partners with project and preconstruction teams, evaluates subcontractors, supports scope and schedule requirements, and ensures quality and safety compliance. The role is hybrid in Houston and may require travel to active construction sites.
