Drive product quality and manufacturing process improvements across boiler and water heater operations. Analyze quality and warranty data, lead root-cause investigations, develop control plans and PFMEAs, reduce incoming inspection through supplier capability improvements, manage SCARs and CAPAs, support customer quality issues, and collaborate cross-functionally on process validation, audits, and new product introduction.

Leads engineering teams and oversees new product development, sustaining engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. Manages project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and technical deliverables while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and other teams. Provides technical direction, mentors engineering staff, improves engineering processes, supports design-for-manufacturing and reliability efforts, and drives continuous improvement, change management, and product commercialization.

Partners with engineering, production, procurement, service, suppliers, and customers to reduce defects, scrap, rework, warranty costs, and incoming inspection reliance.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment to support new product launches, quality, safety, productivity, and cost objectives. Leads Lean and Kaizen initiatives, scrap reduction, root-cause analysis, process documentation, control plans, and corrective actions. Collaborates with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance teams; provides operator training and technical support; evaluates suppliers and manages manufacturing improvement projects.
