Develop and execute strategies to expand sustainable paving technologies across the Central Plains and Southwest. Build relationships with transportation agencies, contractors, asphalt producers, and industry partners; communicate technical and sustainability benefits; identify market opportunities; support demonstrations and paving projects; troubleshoot technical issues; promote product specifications and best practices; and connect customers with internal teams. The role combines technical asphalt expertise, commercial responsibilities, customer support, and approximately 50% regional travel.

Conducts laboratory testing and technical projects for pavement preservation and reconstruction treatments. Responsibilities include formulating asphalt emulsions, optimizing asphalt mixtures, interpreting laboratory and field results, developing customer-focused solutions, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance. The role requires collaboration with customers, agencies, commercial teams, and industry organizations, along with adherence to laboratory safety procedures and AASHTO, ASTM, and ISSA testing methods.
