Provides executive leadership for the bank’s treasury management business, overseeing strategy, financial performance, sales, product roadmap, customer implementations, service delivery, risk controls, vendor relationships, and team development. Drives commercial deposit growth, treasury fee income, customer adoption, profitability, and retention through integrated payment, receivables, liquidity, and fraud-prevention solutions. Partners across banking, technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and marketing to improve scalable delivery and customer experience.

Leads the bank’s customer-facing treasury management business, overseeing strategy, sales, product development, implementations, service delivery, budgets, and profitability. Drives commercial deposit and fee-income growth through consultative customer relationships and partnerships with commercial banking. Owns the treasury product roadmap, vendor coordination, onboarding standards, risk controls, team development, and executive reporting. Requires extensive bank treasury or commercial banking experience, strong payments expertise, and leadership of sales teams.

Supports wealth advisory activities involving asset management, trust administration, estate planning, and retirement services. Conducts research, gathers data, compiles reports, interacts with clients and internal teams, participates in community events, and develops recommendations for a strategic project. Presents project findings and next steps to leadership. Requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Supports digital process improvement initiatives by analyzing and documenting business processes, assisting with RPA, eSignature, and digital workflow configuration and testing, and creating training materials. Collaborates with technical teams, business partners, and end users to troubleshoot issues, communicate updates, and identify process simplification opportunities. This temporary, approximately 20-hour-per-week role is suited to a student pursuing technology, computer science, information systems, or a related degree.

Provide face-to-face investment guidance and sell investment products and brokerage services to new and existing clients. Open and maintain client accounts, process securities purchase and sale orders, confirm transactions, recommend investment strategies, and identify cross-selling opportunities across banking, wealth advisory, and insurance services.

Provides high-level administrative support to multiple executive officers, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting and committee support, data compilation, vendor and shareholder communications, and confidential information management. The role also facilitates cross-functional projects, develops project plans, supports mergers and acquisitions, and helps align executive administrative activities with organizational goals.

Investigate suspected financial fraud by analyzing transactions, account activity, payment patterns, and digital banking data. Document findings, contact customers and financial institutions, coordinate with internal teams and law enforcement, and support Suspicious Activity Report preparation with the BSA team. The role also identifies fraud trends, improves prevention processes, and mentors newer investigators.

Manage investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients, ensuring asset allocation and securities remain aligned with guidelines. Analyze equities, fixed income, economic conditions, and market factors; execute trades as needed; and explain portfolio performance to clients. Partner with Wealth Advisors and the Chief Investment Officer on client relationships, investment projects, educational presentations, and coordinated sales efforts.

Identify and pursue treasury management and deposit sales opportunities with prospective and current business customers. Analyze customer needs, develop pricing and tailored solutions, prepare agreements, conduct sales calls and presentations, and maintain customer relationships. The role also educates internal referral partners, develops sales campaigns, prepares reports and market trend analyses, and supports customer retention.

Leads strategic projects across the organization by developing plans, coordinating resources and vendors, managing budgets, timelines, and scope, and communicating with stakeholders. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The role involves learning banking processes and technology systems, with travel up to 50% depending on location.
