Provides multi-site IT support for Windows systems, hardware, software, networks, servers, printers, phones, and security devices. Resolves help desk tickets, diagnoses system failures, administers Active Directory, installs and configures operating systems and applications, monitors network and server performance, performs backups and recovery, and supports new customer implementations. The role also documents procedures, assists with special IT projects, maintains customer relationships, and occasionally travels to company facilities.
