Provides credit union members with account, loan, deposit, and electronic service support. Processes transactions, loan applications, account openings, transfers, stop payments, wire requests, and related documentation. Resolves inquiries and complaints, cross-sells financial products, explains electronic services, supports teller and reception functions, maintains safety deposit box records, performs notary and signature guarantee duties, and follows security, BSA, and credit union procedures. Flexible scheduling and travel to Nassau or Suffolk County locations are required.

Administers and optimizes the credit union’s core banking platform, data warehouse, reporting systems, databases, servers, storage, integrations, and security controls. Develops reports and dashboards using Power BI and Crystal Reports, manages user access, supports disaster recovery and business continuity testing, troubleshoots system issues, coordinates vendors, assists helpdesk operations, and supports audits, regulatory compliance, and technology initiatives.
