Supports the Operations Manager with administrative duties, meeting and event logistics, correspondence, records management, research, office process improvement, interview scheduling, and onboarding. The intern also assists with filing, data entry, confidential information handling, and organizational operations in a nonprofit focused on violence prevention and survivor support.

Provides reception, customer service, visitor safety, confidentiality, administrative support, correspondence tracking, office supply monitoring, donation coordination, event assistance, and records management. The intern welcomes visitors, answers inquiries, maintains accurate files, supports office operations, and escalates safety concerns while gaining nonprofit-sector experience and mentorship.

Provides accounting support including reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll review, audit preparation, grant monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Coordinates with accounting consultants and vendors, prepares documentation for audits and funders, and supports annual tax reporting. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
