Manages commercial real estate tenant accounts by monitoring rent and ancillary payments, conducting collections, resolving billing discrepancies, issuing approved credits, and maintaining accurate payment records. Communicates with tenants regarding repayment plans and delinquent balances, coordinates default actions with leasing, legal, and collections teams, prepares demand documentation, and processes bankruptcy proof-of-claim reports. Reviews accounts receivable reports and lease, utility, and tax records to support reconciliations and account adjustments.

Manages commercial tenant accounts receivable, including delinquency collections, repayment plans, billing discrepancies, reconciliations, defaults, bankruptcy claim support, and payment application. Reviews leases and financial records, coordinates with billing, leasing, legal, and property management teams, maintains dispute and default tracking, prepares correspondence and account documentation, and presents account status updates to senior management.

Analyzes and applies tenant billings, CAM charges, utility charges, insurance costs, recurring rent, and percentage rent. Reviews leases, invoices, credit memos, ledgers, payments, and historical billing data for accuracy. Prepares spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and tenant correspondence; follows up on sales reports and discrepancies; supports account representatives and property management with billing information.

Assists senior accountants with reviewing financial records, analyzing accounts, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual work papers and financial statements, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining fixed asset records. Reviews transactions such as depreciation, amortization, management fees, and intercompany charges, collaborates with other departments to verify data, and supports special projects.

Designs and manages signage programs for commercial properties, including storefront, pylon, wayfinding, and project signage. Creates scaled elevations, mockups, signage plans, print-ready files, lease exhibits, and municipal permitting packages. Coordinates with tenants, municipalities, inspectors, zoning departments, vendors, construction, marketing, and leasing teams. Obtains bids, prepares purchase orders, tracks approvals, and supports fabrication and installation while ensuring compliance with property standards, lease requirements, zoning codes, and ADA guidelines.

Supports insurance compliance and risk management by reviewing certificates and endorsements, tracking coverage and expirations, maintaining insurance records, assisting with renewals and underwriting data, coordinating claims documentation, supporting risk assessments, and preparing reports and dashboards. Communicates with tenants, vendors, brokers, carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to resolve deficiencies, maintain compliance, and administer insurance and claims information.
