Processes invoices, tracks fees, supports accounts receivable, responds to customer billing inquiries, researches and corrects billing issues, and maintains accurate customer data. The role also supports invoice filing, phone coverage, cross-training, and migration from Sage DM2 to NetSuite. It requires strong billing, customer service, data entry, organizational, mathematical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
