Supervises IT infrastructure staff and operations, including servers, networks, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, backups, security, and support systems. Develops infrastructure strategies, standards, policies, and capacity plans; manages vendors, projects, assets, and change processes; monitors system performance; provides advanced technical support; and ensures reliable service delivery. The role also supports procurement, staff development, executive communications, and IT management coverage.

Researches grant opportunities; develops, writes, and submits proposals; manages grant administration, reporting, compliance, budgets, records, and closeout. Coordinates with Parks and Recreation, Finance, funders, and other City departments to align funding with projects and priorities. Maintains grant calendars and pipelines, supports project management and budgeting, prepares staff reports and communications, and develops internal grant procedures.
