Plan and book domestic and international travel for a federal government agency, including air, hotel, rail, and car reservations. Provide high-quality customer service through GDS tools, telephone, email, and onsite interactions. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment across afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend schedules while responding promptly to travel requests.

Performs accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close support, fixed asset maintenance, trend analysis, audit and tax preparation, internal control monitoring, and accounting system implementation support. The role requires collaboration with account management and offers growth within a dynamic accounting team.

Make domestic and international travel reservations for airlines, hotels, and ground transportation; process tickets, exchanges, and refunds; maintain industry and account information; and provide excellent customer service. The role requires Sabre/Apollo proficiency, strong communication, computer and internet research skills, schedule flexibility, and organized, detail-oriented performance.
