Lead the creation and growth of Kingsgate’s dedicated LTL desk. Own carrier relationships, pricing, invoice auditing, claims recovery, quoting standards, customer analytics, account management, and business growth. Build processes and SOPs, manage customer reviews, protect margins, recover billing errors, and hire and develop LTL operations specialists. The role targets growth from $8 million to more than $15 million in annual LTL spend.
