Serves as the dealership’s front desk representative by greeting customers, answering and directing calls, addressing concerns, providing information, and routing guests to the appropriate department. Additional duties include preparing beverages, managing registration stickers and key fobs, organizing materials, supporting the titles department, and completing ongoing product training. The role requires multitasking, professional communication, customer service, basic business software proficiency, typing at 45+ WPM, and a valid driver’s license.
