Design and develop new tools and equipment from concept through production. Translate customer needs into engineering specifications, create and validate designs, oversee prototyping and testing, apply FEA and DFMEA, manage engineering milestones, support manufacturing launches, and troubleshoot issues. The role requires collaboration across product management, marketing, operations, quality, and suppliers while ensuring products meet performance, safety, regulatory, cost, and production requirements.
