The role also supports strategic initiatives, project execution, process improvements, and escalation of partner risks within a regulated banking environment.

Owns strategy, roadmap, operations, risk oversight, vendor management, commercial positioning, and fintech adoption for ACH origination and instant payment products, including FedNow and RTP. Leads cross-functional implementations, testing, incident response, compliance coordination, pricing, performance reporting, and relationships with technology teams and payment platform providers.
