Manages full-cycle human resources for a residential care program, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, employee relations, investigations, training, recognition, policy administration, audits, reporting, and workforce planning. Supports management with employment decisions, performance processes, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. The role requires Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, occasional overnight travel, and some evening and weekend work.
