Leads daily Welcome Desk operations, trains and supports staff, assists with hiring and scheduling, and ensures excellent member service. Processes memberships, registrations, tours, referrals, and inquiries; manages financial assistance evaluations, retention efforts, cash reconciliation, deposits, reporting, and policy enforcement. Handles conflict resolution, opening and closing procedures, and shift coverage while supporting member satisfaction and participation.

Provides courteous customer service to YMCA members, guests, and program participants at the welcome desk. Responsibilities include answering phones, conducting membership tours and sales, registering members for programs, processing payments, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, balancing transactions, distributing locker keys and towels, and supporting a welcoming member experience.
