Provides administrative and logistical support for CDC workforce development and training activities. Schedules trainings, manages course offerings and registrations in learning systems, tracks attendance and mandatory training completion, monitors learning account balances, and maintains the SharePoint training calendar. Supports new employee orientation, office supply inventory, records management, data calls, meeting action items, and follow-up communications.

Develop and administer SharePoint sites, workflows, permissions, security groups, and Office 365 solutions. Translate business requirements into system designs, test and deploy software, maintain existing workflows, provide SharePoint and Office 365 support, create documentation, train end users, and collaborate with project managers, technical leads, analysts, and business stakeholders on process improvement and project delivery.
