Leads global accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, audits, accounting policies, internal controls, statutory filings, consolidations, and technical accounting compliance. Partners with executives, parent-company stakeholders, FP&A, sales, operations, and R&D teams. Oversees financial submissions, reporting improvements, tax compliance, business development diligence, purchase accounting, and staff development across international operations.
