Leads the organization’s technology strategy, roadmap, applications, integrations, automation, and enterprise platforms. Oversees Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform architecture, custom development, APIs, data governance, security, release management, adoption, and business process improvement. Manages IT staff, contractors, volunteers, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional technology projects while partnering with leadership and departments. Requires hands-on programming, Salesforce and Power Platform expertise, systems architecture experience, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
