Manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations from intake through resolution. Conduct interviews, analyze facts, prepare confidential case documentation, advise managers, support conflict resolution, and coordinate corrective actions with HR leadership and Legal. Analyze case trends, maintain reports and dashboards, improve employee relations processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and federal and California employment laws.
