Own and optimize the Foundation’s Salesforce environment, including configuration, workflows, automations, user access, integrations, documentation, data quality, reports, and dashboards. Provide user support, training, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement across teams. Maintain data integrity and prepare reporting for staff and board leadership while coordinating testing, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
