The role develops audit scoring frameworks, evaluates resident service metrics and ticketing quality, collaborates with operations, systems, and analytics teams, and delivers evidence-based reporting and accountability recommendations to leadership.

Oversee daily accounting operations, monthly close, financial statement preparation, joint venture rollups, complex real estate transactions, reconciliations, and ownership distributions.
