Leads strategic communications for union campaigns across traditional and digital media. Develops campaign plans, publications, scripts, press releases, training materials, website content, photography, and video. Coordinates press conferences and media events, maintains communications resources, and leads communications staff across campaigns and regions. The role also supports union membership activities, organizes projects, and performs detailed data entry, reporting, and general office operations.

Provides executive administrative and operational leadership across complex organizational programs, events, and projects. Responsibilities include strategic planning, workflow improvement, union election project management, committee coordination, policy and bylaws administration, investigations, personnel matters, legal and compliance responses, reporting, scheduling, travel logistics, and staff supervision. The role requires strong judgment, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with commitment to organized labor and public service.
