Processes and reconciles ACH, wires, bill pay, deposits, payroll, and other payment services. Reviews transactions for fraud and compliance risks, supports digital banking products, troubleshoots system issues with IT and vendors, assists employees and members, maintains payment-related general ledger accounts, and supports testing and implementation of new services. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, regulatory knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.
