Troubleshoots accounting, ERP, order-entry, and system integration issues while collaborating with sales, customer service, operations, fulfillment, and order-entry teams. Supports process improvement and department coverage.

Processes bulk and brand-specific customer orders from entry through delivery, purchasing items from suppliers and coordinating with Sales, Fulfillment, and internal teams.
