Supervises daily card services operations, including team leadership, scheduling, vendor management, card inventory, issuance, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, reporting, and member support. The role coordinates with internal departments and external payment processors, maintains operational procedures, ensures system access, supports portfolio quality, and recommends process improvements while complying with applicable regulations.
