Leads regional fundraising strategy and revenue growth across multiple Midwest markets. Manages donor pipelines, major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, sponsorships, events, volunteers, forecasts, budgets, and compliance. Serves as a senior organizational ambassador while recruiting, coaching, and evaluating development staff. Executes risk-based operational, financial, compliance, and advisory audits; assesses governance, risk management, and internal controls; performs testing and data analysis; coordinates with stakeholders and co-source partners; validates remediation; and supports dashboards, automation, continuous monitoring, reporting, and audit quality improvements.

Manages a portfolio of 125+ major gift donors, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-net-worth individuals. Conducts face-to-face solicitations, develops proposals and donor materials, supports executive and board fundraising, performs prospect research, tracks donor activity in Raiser's Edge, forecasts fundraising results, and recruits volunteers. The role requires substantial fundraising experience and focuses on securing gifts of $25,000 or more.

Establishes fundraising goals, develops campaigns, solicits donors, cultivates high-net-worth relationships, recruits volunteers and campaign leaders, manages fundraising events and communications, oversees donor records in Raiser's Edge, coordinates budgets and reporting, and supervises development staff.

Supports planned giving and major gifts fundraising through donor portfolio management, prospect cultivation, gift administration, reporting, documentation, stewardship, and moves management. Coordinates donor meetings, estate planning activities, outreach campaigns, events, and planned gift compliance. Maintains donor records in Raiser's Edge, tracks estate gifts and fiduciary requirements, supports recognition programs, and manages an annual unrestricted fundraising goal of $75,000.

Leads UNCF fundraising strategy and revenue generation across Michigan, especially West Michigan. Cultivates, solicits, and stewards relationships with major donors, corporations, foundations, civic organizations, and community leaders. Manages donor portfolios, grant proposals, sponsorships, campaigns, events, volunteer leadership, revenue forecasting, budgets, and reporting. Collaborates with regional, accounting, marketing, and national program teams, with possible supervision of an administrative assistant.

Leads fundraising activities for UNCF’s Boston area, including donor cultivation, campaigns, grant proposals, special events, volunteer engagement, and revenue reporting. The role supports fundraising strategy, develops communications and promotional materials, maintains donor records, manages volunteer committees, and helps ensure office compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of fundraising experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and local and national travel.
