Supports daily banking operations, including wire transfers, debit and business Visa card services, exception processing, account maintenance, ACH inquiries, client support, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation. Maintains compliance with banking regulations, BSA/AML policies, and internal procedures while organizing documentation and meeting operational deadlines.

Leads the bank’s financial management, reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, liquidity and investment activities. Oversees FDIC reporting, audits, tax preparation, risk modeling, shareholder relations, vendor relationships, insurance coverage and asset-liability management. Serves on the Executive Committee, supports strategic planning, manages regulatory and financial policies, and supervises accounting personnel. Ensures adherence to banking laws, internal policies, financial targets and governance requirements while providing leadership to staff and supporting executive and board-level decision-making.
