The Sales Executive will generate new business, identify markets, build leads, secure customers, and expand existing relationships in international freight forwarding. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking KPIs, understanding Asian market trends, presenting to clients, promoting sales excellence, and contributing to team performance. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, international sales and freight forwarding experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Oversee daily ocean import operations, including shipment processing, customs coordination, delivery, billing, documentation, and carrier relationships. Supervise and train team members, assign workloads, monitor vessel schedules and cargo availability, reduce logistics charges, resolve customer issues, verify costs and invoices, maintain shipment records, improve procedures, and support onboarding and account transitions. Collaborate with overseas offices, brokers, warehouses, trucking companies, sales, accounting, and branch management.

Supports customer service, client relationship management, freight rate quotations, shipment status reporting, product promotion, prospect qualification, and sales lead development. Coordinates with overseas offices, agents, internal departments, and sales teams to increase business volume and ensure efficient daily sales activities. The role also promotes logistics services to existing and prospective customers while maintaining strong communication and organizational standards.

Manages quality assurance, compliance, service improvement, workforce efficiency, training, and customer analysis across international freight forwarding business units in North America and Europe. Supports regulatory compliance, multinational customer system integration, KPI fulfillment, and sales collaboration. Identifies customer needs and pain points, recommends service enhancements, and develops quality-focused personnel.
