Supports employees and managers in a hands-on manufacturing environment through recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, compliance, leave administration, training, and HRIS documentation. The role provides guidance on workplace concerns, manages Ohio-based hiring, administers FMLA and other leave programs, maintains confidential employee records, and partners with leadership across multiple shifts and locations.
