Manages affordable housing compliance by auditing applicant and resident files, tracking recertifications, verifying signatures and eligibility, preparing compliance reports, and supporting lease-ups, training, and owner reporting. The role works with property management teams and third-party processors, applies Housing Tax Credit and Fair Housing requirements, and travels to properties as needed. It requires at least three years of affordable housing compliance experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Yardi, and RentCafe.
