Supports and maintains cloud-based applications, production systems, servers, and infrastructure. Troubleshoots software defects, outages, performance issues, and alerts; assists with Windows and Linux administration, networking, backups, security, automation, CI/CD, testing, and system enhancements. Collaborates with engineers, documents incidents and metrics, and participates in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
