Processes interpreting and captioning requests, accurately enters assignment details, matches qualified interpreters, maintains records and availability data, and communicates with customers, Deaf consumers, and interpreters. Provides responsive customer service, explains interpreting policies and accessibility requirements, manages schedule changes, confirms assignments, and supports departmental communications and workflow coordination.

Administer HRIS processes, maintain accurate employee records, support benefits enrollment and compliance, reconcile carrier invoices, answer employee benefits questions, and produce workforce reports for forecasting and budgeting. The role also supports open enrollment, ACA and EEO-1 reporting, retirement plan filings, process automation, and SOP development while partnering with Payroll, Finance, IT, benefits carriers, and brokers.
