The Chief Human Resources Officer leads Casa de Amparo’s workforce strategy and complete HR function. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, recruiting, compliance, employee relations, HRIS and payroll coordination, training and development, compensation and benefits, engagement, retention, succession planning, and culture. The CHRO advises the CEO and Board, supervises HR staff, ensures licensing and accreditation compliance, and supports organizational growth across multiple locations.
