Reviews client files and program data for accuracy, completeness, eligibility documentation, and compliance. Runs HMIS reports, reconciles information across systems, tracks errors and corrective actions, analyzes trends using Excel, and prepares reports for program monitoring and improvement. Supports audits, develops quality assurance tools, conducts housing inspections, verifies corrections, and maintains confidentiality. The role collaborates with housing and veteran services staff while escalating issues and operating within established procedures.
