Leads marketing across three student housing communities to increase leasing traffic, resident engagement, brand visibility, and occupancy performance. Responsibilities include developing community partnerships, managing social media and digital content, conducting market research, coordinating resident events, maintaining marketing calendars and collateral, supporting leasing teams, and aligning initiatives with Property Managers. The role also monitors marketing performance, coordinates off-site activities, and ensures compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
