Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, audits, tax documentation, internal controls, fixed asset accounting, job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and project forecasting. The role supervises 4–8 accounting professionals, supports process improvements, manages accounting systems, and collaborates with project managers, IT, auditors, and corporate leadership. Construction industry experience and public accounting expertise are strongly valued.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. Develop React interfaces, Python or Java back-end services, APIs, integrations, and data solutions using SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric. Apply Claude Code and other AI tools, integrate AI capabilities, maintain reporting assets, and collaborate with business users and shared engineering teams. The role also involves requirements gathering, troubleshooting, documentation, source control, CI/CD practices, and modernizing legacy reports.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify processing, background checks, HRIS updates, records management, employee inquiries, reporting, compliance, and HR initiatives. Maintains confidentiality and accurate employee information while assisting with policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
