Performs general accounting activities for a manufacturing plant, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, fixed asset schedules, depreciation, financial statement preparation, process improvements, and audit support. The role partners with plant leadership and assists with special projects while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities include sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, cost savings, supply continuity, capacity planning, risk management, procurement analytics, supplier relationship management, innovation support, KPI tracking, and team leadership. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Product Development while developing a three-year procurement master plan.

Provides administrative and operational support across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, training, and engagement. Maintains HRIS and personnel records, coordinates hiring and orientation, supports payroll and benefits administration, assists with investigations and compliance documentation, and partners with plant leadership and employees in a manufacturing environment.

Coordinates transportation, distribution, and supply chain activities for finished products. Schedules transfers, selects carriers, monitors shipments, maintains records, addresses disruptions, manages claims and quality issues, and ensures regulatory compliance. Serves as a liaison among customers, carriers, warehouses, suppliers, sales, and customer service teams. Resolves delivery delays and inventory discrepancies while using ERP, tracking, and logistics software. Requires availability for rotating evening on-call coverage and occasional weekends.
