Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and academic leadership, incorporate feedback, manage multiple priorities, and complete development projects on schedule.

Supports faculty and staff recruitment, onboarding, candidate sourcing, employment branding, and hiring-manager partnerships across two university campuses. Improves hiring and HR processes, manages recruitment data and systems, and helps create a positive candidate and employee experience. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, collaboration, and willingness to learn technology and work independently.
