Leads investor relations, fundraising, sponsorship development, revenue growth, investor retention, and strategic partnership activities for the Alliance. Advises executive leadership, manages investor engagement strategy and CRM operations, oversees prospect pipelines and revenue forecasting, supervises staff, supports board and investor communications, and represents the organization with stakeholders. The role manages an $8M+ annual revenue base across approximately 250 investor organizations and requires up to 35% regional travel.

Supports Pittsburgh-area business attraction, retention, and expansion projects through stakeholder engagement, project coordination, RFI responses, site visits, business development events, and data-informed business case development. Manages relationships with corporate clients, site selectors, agencies, business leaders, and regional partners while tracking project activity in business systems. Requires strong analytical, presentation, relationship management, and project coordination skills, plus regional and out-of-state travel.

Provides administrative and coordination support to policy and federal relations teams. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing event logistics, preparing policy materials, conducting research, monitoring relevant news, maintaining records, supporting travel, and managing PAC event schedules and fundraising goals. The role serves as a liaison among organizational leaders, committees, policymakers, and internal departments.
