Partners with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments and customer requirements are translated into effective business processes. Maintains contract records, communicates progress, and supports account transitions.

Develop and execute sales plans, manage existing and prospective business-to-business accounts, build consultative customer relationships, prepare proposals and quotes, monitor market conditions, coordinate with internal teams, submit sales reports in SAP, and manage accounts receivable. The role requires frequent local travel to customer sites, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of industrial or specialty gas products is preferred.

Supervise accounts receivable representatives and specialists, oversee collections, contact customers regarding overdue balances, negotiate payment plans, resolve billing disputes, monitor aging reports, analyze collection performance, and report results to management. The role also focuses on improving customer experience, business processes, and digital capabilities.

Leads the design, installation, upgrades, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of bulk gas and cryogenic systems. Coordinates complex regional projects, develops P&IDs and equipment layouts, performs engineering calculations, manages schedules and resources, supports field service and sales teams, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and communicates with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Provides technical guidance, supports process improvements and MOC activities, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Manages new and existing business accounts within an assigned territory, develops sales plans, generates leads, prepares proposals, negotiates pricing and credit terms, builds consultative customer relationships, monitors market trends, coordinates internal resources, reports sales activity in SAP, and manages accounts receivable. The role requires outside B2B sales, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
