Responsibilities include prospecting, developing customer relationships, growing market share, preparing sales presentations, pursuing leads, managing accounts receivable objectives, submitting sales reports and plans, and communicating territory performance. The role requires local travel, customer outreach, negotiation, territory management, safety compliance, and the ability to sell Airgas products.

Serves as the SAP Finance and Controlling subject matter expert, gathering requirements, designing and implementing S/4HANA FI/CO solutions, and supporting OpenText VIM invoice workflows. Leads process improvements, technical designs, testing, demos, troubleshooting, and cross-functional initiatives. Collaborates with business stakeholders, developers, product managers, and technical teams to deliver sustainable SAP solutions and resolve complex integrated application issues.

Leads Airgas’s eBusiness applications strategy, digital transformation programs, and customer experience technology roadmap. Oversees large-scale B2B eCommerce implementations, application operations, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, and CI/CD practices. Manages internal teams, contractors, vendors, budgets, governance, and cross-functional delivery. Partners with business and IT leadership to improve digital channels, scalability, resilience, and customer growth through modern platforms including Salesforce and related commerce technologies.

Manages and grows an assigned B2B sales territory by strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, conducting business reviews, and integrating Airgas products and solutions. Develops account strategies, coordinates customer information, engages stakeholders, supports decision-making, maintains healthy margins, and serves as a consultative partner. Requires strong communication, organization, independent initiative, transportation, and customer-focused solution-selling skills.

Develops new business opportunities, analyzes markets and competitors, builds strategic customer relationships, creates technical and commercial proposals, negotiates contracts, and supports account growth. The role also coordinates marketing activities, follows up on agreements, mentors junior colleagues, and partners with account managers to sustain customer relationships. Success requires B2B business development experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, customer-focused communication, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with CRM tools.
