Build relationships with physician offices and community providers to increase referrals for ABA therapy services. Conduct local in-person outreach, identify new referral sources, develop outreach plans, promote company services, maintain community partnerships, and document outreach activities and referrals in the CRM. The role requires strong communication, networking, organization, independence, follow-up, and knowledge of healthcare environments.
