Support the CEO, President, COO, and CIO by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, confidential information, meetings, events, projects, expenses, and deadlines. Supervise the Office Assistant, oversee office operations, manage vendors and building relationships, and improve administrative processes. The role is full-time and on-site in Boise, Idaho, with occasional travel and flexible hours for executive activities.

Manages multifamily property operations, including leasing, occupancy, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgets, rent collection, reporting, vendor contracts, compliance, and team leadership. Develops leasing, marketing, retention, and community engagement strategies while resolving resident concerns and maintaining property standards. Leads staff, oversees financial performance, manages records, and partners with regional leadership to achieve property goals.

Leads all accounting and finance functions for a vertically integrated multifamily real estate platform, including property, construction, corporate, fund, treasury, tax, audit, FP&A, valuation, and investor reporting. Builds scalable processes, controls, systems, and teams while ensuring accurate GAAP reporting, fast closes, fund economics, lender compliance, and institutional-quality financial oversight. Partners with executive leadership, investors, lenders, auditors, and tax advisors.

Assist with multifamily property management, including rent collection, resident ledgers, move-ins and move-outs, leasing, renewals, resident relations, maintenance tracking, occupancy goals, and financial reporting. Maintain accurate resident files and CRM records, support marketing and resident events, and follow Fair Housing laws and company policies. The role offers development toward independently managing a property.

Leads a portfolio of multifamily communities across Montana, managing site leaders, staffing, budgets, financial performance, resident escalations, capital improvements, acquisitions, dispositions, and compliance. Develops Community Managers, establishes standardized operating practices, prepares business and capital plans, reviews financial reporting, and supports portfolio growth. Requires travel up to 50% across assigned properties.
