Supervises multi-site supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, logistics, inventory optimization, supplier management, sourcing, negotiations, and process improvement. Leads supply chain personnel, resolves material disruptions, monitors KPIs, supports tax and trade compliance, and partners with operations, engineering, maintenance, finance, and project teams. The role also drives cost reduction, standardizes processes, maintains inventory controls, and ensures adherence to safety and company policies.

Provides advanced engineering and project support for underground mining, mass excavation, and construction projects. Responsibilities include engineering design coordination, requirements development, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, testing, quality control, change management, construction drawings, client coordination, and field troubleshooting. The role ensures compliance with contract requirements, regulations, safety standards, and technical specifications while supporting mine development and construction crews.

Supports project planning, cost and schedule control, earned value management, contract administration, change management, reporting, and project closeout for mining construction projects. Analyzes project performance, trends, costs, schedules, risks, and claims, while maintaining baselines, controls systems, documentation, and management reports. Collaborates with project teams, management, clients, and operational departments while ensuring safety, compliance, and accurate financial and physical performance tracking.

Develops, manages, and controls corporate policies, procedures, manuals, and training materials. Ensures documentation meets regulatory and safety requirements, manages version control, supports audits, collaborates across departments, delivers training, and improves document-management processes. The role also requires compliance with mining safety procedures, potential vehicle operation, flexible scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality.

Provides engineering and project support for underground mining, excavation, and construction projects. Coordinates design, scheduling, procurement, forecasting, resourcing, quality, environmental controls, and regulatory compliance. Prepares drawings, reports, change orders, development forecasts, and as-built documentation. Troubleshoots field issues, conducts performance studies, supports construction crews, monitors work quality and scope, and communicates with clients. Requires mining-environment experience, engineering software proficiency, and flexibility for shift work and overtime.
