Supports the reliability, stability, and performance of core banking integrations and workflows. Develops scripts and automation using Python and Automic, administers batch management systems, monitors and troubleshoots integrations, supports patches and upgrades, documents configurations and procedures, and helps improve operational processes. Requires database, IT, systems integration, change management, and incident response experience.

Manages delinquent and defaulted loan accounts to reduce losses and risk exposure. Coordinates payment arrangements, loan modifications, deferments, bankruptcy litigation, repossessions, vehicle total-loss processing, and recovery activities. Generates reports, supports BSA filings, assists with fraud investigations and card disputes, and responds to credit disputes. Requires financial institution, compliance, lending, collections, or loss mitigation experience, along with customer service and strong communication skills.
